All educators and parents (the child’s first teacher) have the right to form positive, loving, supportive, caring, and reciprocal relationships with others (teachers, leadership, parents, and children). They have the right to share and express their interests and abilities.
Balance & Well Being
All educators and parents have the right to meet their daily needs with care and sensitive consideration with support from others. They have the right to have work/life balance. All educators and parents have the right to make an abundant living/wage, to support themselves and their family.
Wonder & Exploration
All educators and parents have the right to wonder, be curious, engage their mind, be challenged, extend their world, and increase their own mental capacity.
Collaboration & Communication
All educators and parents have the right to communicate, share their ideas and perspectives, and participate with passion while cooperating with others. They have the right to articulate the learning taking place in their environment verbally and through written documentation that is visible for all to see, reflect upon, and extend.
Purpose & Contribution
All educators and parents have the right to contribute to the well-being of their community and intentionally share their talents and gifts with the world.
